Pastor of Worship
David, Daria and Susie Yarbrough

Coming to First Baptist in 1994 David Yarbrough serves as Pastor of Worship as well as overseeing Educational Ministries. Leading the Church in worshiping our Savior through music is his heart's desire. Each Sunday is a precious time as soloists, ensembles and congregation sing the great hymns of the faith along with refreshing new choruses. Sunday School and other educational ministries serve as the heartbeat of our congregation providing small group Bible Study and fellowships. A native of Dallas, David attended Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR earning a BA degree in Religious Education and Church Music in 1992. In 2002 he completed a Masters degree in Religious Education from the BMA Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, TX. David and Susie married in 1995. Their home is full of joy and as they enjoy life with their 6 year old daughter Daria.

Senior Pastor
Dr. Allen Tilley, Daniel, Grace and Joyce Tilley

In April 1999, Tilley accepted the call and challenge to spiritually lead our congregation as Senior Pastor. With twenty years pastoral experience, God has continually blessed his ministry with dynamic spiritual and numerical growth.

He and his wife, Joyce, have two children, Grace and Daniel. Allen earned his BBA degree from Dallas Baptist University and his MA degree from BMAA Theological Seminary and has completed Doctoral program through Southwest Seminary. His purpose in life is "to glorify God forever and to lead others to do the same."

Minister to Students
Ian, James and Julie McRight

James has served First Baptist since November 1994. He grew up in Jacksonville and married the former Julie Miley in December 1994. They have one son, Ian, born July 2000.

James graduated from East Texas State University in May 1995 with a BS Degree in Agricultural Education and is currently working towards earning a Masters degree in Community Counseling from SFA. James has been in the ministry since 1991 and leads our church well in the area of Youth Ministry.
