It is our practice to sing a hymn of response at the close of our
worship service. This part of the worship is called the "Invitation"
and is a time of personal commitment during which you are invited to
come forward and talk with one of our staff about spiritual matters.
If
you want to join our church, you may do so in one of the
following ways:
1. By stating that you desire to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord, looking forward to a believer's baptism by immersion.
2. A transfer of your church letter if you are currently a member of another Baptist church.
3. By statement, if you have been baptized and held previous membership in a Baptist church.
4. By believers baptism by immersion. If you have a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ but have never held membership in a
Baptist church, we require baptism as a sign of your discipleship to
Jesus Christ and to identify with Baptist beliefs.
